Best Slimming Product I tried this 2017 – IT WORKS
Losing weight is not just about taking dietary supplements. Consider healthy eating and exercise habits to get better results. You should learn that the body shape you wanted will not come in just a blink of an eye. We have to earn it. The sooner you start the better, just do it.
Before we say goodbye to The year 2017, I want to share with you the best slimming supplement I’ve already tried. So without further ado, these are the weight loss products that made me lose extra pounds with or without diet and exercise:
1. Meat Magic
– Being on a Low-Carb Diet a healthy, delicious meat alternative is a plus. I replace my regular 1/2 rice with this protein-based vegetable meat. It takes only a 1/4 cup to make a full stomach feeling. This helps me build a toned muscle during my workout. I love eating this at lunchtime while I enjoyed a cup of Herbalife Nutritional Shake Mix at breakfast. If you want to facilitate faster weight loss I suggest you skip from eating bread or anything bread made of flour. Also, skip on sugary food because it will make you feel bloated and crave more food. Again, losing weight is not about depending on supplementation but also eating right amounts of calorie and proper exercise.
Bottomline: The more you eat, the less you exercise you gain weight. The more you exercise, the less you eat you lose weight.
– This works without exerting too much effort with my workout. I started from 71.5Kg down to 66KG using only one bottle. WHY? Gluta-Slim has 3 major ingredients:
L-CARNITINE which increases the basal metabolic rate, helping you burn and lose those unwanted belly fats,
FUROSEMIDE which dramatically helps you release the lost fat by urine and aids the process of weight loss through water therapy – making you drink water often, creating an “always-full” stomach feeling; and
L-GLUTATHIONE content which keeps your skin smooth and elastic preventing stretch marks and uneven skin tone ( a usual side-effect of slimming).
I haven’t reviewed this yet but I share a video on this here! The recommended dose of this is 1 capsules daily 30 minutes before any meal until desired weights are achieved. My Experience: Always urinating 8 to 10 times a day, excessive sweating and I got very oily triple times of my normal skin type.
It has moderate palpitation while in my workout routine but I lose weight down to 61 KG after 30 days. Downside: It causes me breakout, no visible whitening which claims the product.
4. Herbalife Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix
This nutritional shake mix is packed with soy protein, carbohydrates, healthy fiber, vitamins, minerals, and herbs. What makes this product unique? The more you shake, the more you lose weight. 1. 3 boiled Organic egg + 1 yolk
2. Meat Magic 1/4 cup scramble with fried egg + Cucumber 1/4 slice raw
3. Fruits or Vegetable Salad (1 cup only) No to sweet fruits like watermelon, banana, mango etc.
4. Herbalife Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix
5. Lean Meat Beef, Chicken, Pork whatever you want but 1 to 1/4 cup only no rice.
Food to lessened in a Keto Diet:
Lessened Root Vegetables: Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes, Cassava, Carrots
Starchy Vegetable: Squash
Foods to avoid:
Sugar ( Anything Sweet like cakes, desserts, fruit juices, soda and other sugary beverages)
Rice, and other grains substitute

7 PM MY WORK OUT ROUTINE
