HOW TO USE DIY HEALTHY SLIMMING CAPSULE :
Drink 2 to 3 capsules twice a day with 2 glasses of water. You should take 8 to 12 glasses of water.
Breakfast: Bullet Proof Coffee (Stevia as sweetener)
Lunch: 1 / 2cup rice for 1 day only + 1 serving of a vegetable, pork, chicken, fish choose one.
Dinner: 3 hard boiled eggs are just white.
Snacks: Options Nuts, fruits, no more than 1 PCs.
Eat a small meal every 3 hours.
Sleep 8 hours a day.
Have 1 cheat day only for 1 week, eat all you can. 🙂
1. Drink 8 to 12 glasses of water a day to help flush toxins into the body. You can add lemon to the water or Orange if you want to have a flavor.
2. Always drink 2 glasses of water in the Morning before your breakfast. Do not miss the breakfast so you cannot overeat the whole day.
3. Choose Healthy Snacks.
4. Avoid eating fatty foods, do not drink sugary beverages like soda and drinks with color and you should not exceed 1200 calories per day.
5. Exercise at least twice a week or more much better. Try some aerobics, Zumba or just clean the house and be active. This is the best way to lose fat without having saggy skin.
