REVIEW: San San 2-Way Cake Foundation SPF 15 and Vitamin A C E

I found this at the Mercury Drug store and I determined to purchase one because I already finished the Celeteque Matte Powder that I was currently using. I actually love this Celeteque Matte Pressed Powder because of the skin care benefits packed with the product but then I really need to change it to other brands for the sake of the budget! Lol.

REVIEW: San San 2-Way Cake Foundation SPF 15 and Vitamin A C E

What? San San 2-Way Cake Foundation SPF 15 and Vitamin A C E
Where can I purchase them?
Mercury Drug Store
LAZADA: San San Make-up Set HERE!
Price: 163.00 PHP
Shade: 03

It holds a nice simple round compact packaging, which I really like. It also has the sponge on top of the product inside that is so unhygienic, I prefer like the Celeteque packaging because the sponge is in a separate container.

San San 2-Way Cake Foundation can be used in 2 different ways, it can be a pressed powder or a makeup foundation. I tried them both in order to find out the difference.

San San 2-Way Cake Foundation as Makeup Foundation:

The coverage is very good, though, can’t cover all my blemishes and dark spots still, it’s really have a good coverage on my face. It’s gentle to apply on the face. It matches my skin tone and covers imperfections. It is not heavy, it looks sheer when you apply it as pressed powder and as makeup foundation it looks dewy after an hr.

A products used in this photo are the following:

San San 2-Way Cake Foundation
BYS NUDE 2 Eyeshadow Pallete ( Shade: VIP, SELFIE & PHOTOOP)
Celeteque Dermocosmetics Blush and Contour
Celeteque Dermocosmetics Cheek Color SticK
San San Hydrating Color Dew Lipstick 05 For my Lips
Ever Bilena Ever Original Pencil Brown Shade for my Eye Brows
Celeteque Dermocosmetics 24-hr Volumizer Mascara

After 2 hours, I oil up, perhaps because of the sun is too hot and I don’t have air-conditioning at home, so I just blot it off then a retouch is needed to make it look more better.

What I like most:

I like the way it feels on my skin. It is well packed and not that heavy.
It blends easily when use as pressed powder or even a makeup base
It’s not irritating, not giving me break out.
It’s very inexpensive and works really well
Available in drugstores nationwide

What I don’t Like:

Rating of San San 2-Way Cake Foundation ( 5 as the highest): 4.5 Stars

Overall, I really like the coverage of the product because it encompasses some of the dark spots on my face and it is not too cakey. I still look good after 2 hours, though I oil up a bit, but the performance of the products still really good to me. Well, it has an SPF 15 and Vitamin A, C, and E which are a beneficial point.

That’s about it, guys. I really need now to end this post.

See you on my blog tomorrow with another review.
